How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed within 2-3 days, excluding holidays & weekends. For your convenience, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order. Once processed, your order will be delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your shipping address and chosen shipping service. All orders ship from Arizona.
Holiday Shipping: During this time there can be frequent shipping carrier delays after packages leave us. Please allow up to 7-12 business days to receive your order after it's processed. If you see any delays with tracking, feel free to reach out to us if you still haven't received your package by 12 business days.
What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the items in your order. If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as quickly as possible, we will do our best to update the shipping address before the order is processed.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Please email email@example.com as quickly as possible. If your order has not been shipped already, we will do our best to cancel it.
Do you offer free shipping and returns?
We offer free standard shipping via USPS on orders over $75. Expedited options are also available at checkout for a fee. Unless you are processing an exchange, $5 is deducted from your refund for the cost of the return shipping label.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase if they are in original condition (unwashed and unworn). Items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.
What if I am past the return policy?

How soon will I get my refund?
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package. We'll send you an email when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank it can take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please contact your bank if your refund does not appear after it has been processed by Bee Present Life. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
How long will it take to receive a response to my email?
We try our best to respond to emails within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to United States but that could change in the future.
The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?
We recommend signing up for the “waitlist” for that style. We will send you an email once the item you are looking for becomes available.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet but check back soon.
Do you offer gift wrap?
Not yet but we do offer gift notes and all our orders come with packing slips that omit prices.
